By entering any of our competitions the entrants are expected to read and accept to be bound by our terms and conditions.

Motorspeed Competitions offer competitions with prizes that require the exercise of a skill and have a choice of entry which does not require payment to participate. Question/s must be answered correctly to enable entry to all competitions, questions answered incorrectly will still be charged on online entries and will not be entered into any competitions or be available for any refunds.

All entries must be accompanied by the entrants valid name, address, e mail and contact number. (any fraudulent activity or entries will not be entered into any competition and will be reported to the relevant body/authority.

All entries must be received before the close of the competition, we will collect postal entry’s every Monday from our Head Office and entries will be added the following Thursday so please make sure you are on time

The entrants and subsequent winners agreed to have their name, district and photograph displayed for public consumption on our website and social media channels for a period of not less than 24 months after competition closing date.

It is the entrant’s sole responsibility to provides correct name and contact details and Motorspeed Competitions takes no responsibility due to any incomplete details or errors made by the entrant.

All competitions are provided and run by Motorspeed Competitions and are available to entry by all persons aged 18 and over and UK resident with the exception of any employee or person connected with the operator.

Entry to all competitions is available on line with a fee or free of charge via a postal entry with all details as above.

We will maintain service to our website with all due diligence but will not be responsible for any down time or crashing of the website which is out with our control. We take no responsibly for entrants missing any deadlines due to sell out of competitions. Entering any competition and making payment to do so does not guarantee wining of any prize.

Various competitions may be on going at any given time with a maximum number of entries and cost per on line ticket being displayed in the content of each individual competition. In the event of all tickets not been sold a cash alternative to the value of ticket sales less fees will be awarded to the winner as the prize.

All entries once purchased are wholly owned by Motorspeed Competitions and no refunds will be issued unless Motorspeed Competitions exercises the right to cancel a competition at any time even after tickets have been sold. In this event any entry fees/purchases will be refunded in full. In this case Motorspeed Competitions shall have no further liability.

By entering any of our competitions you accept our terms and conditions and no refunds will be issued or accepted for competitions while live or when complete unless as above we have cancelled any said competition

All random generated winning numbers are final, the winner will be contacted on day of draw and if for any reason the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days Motorspeed Competitions reserve the right to select another winner after this period who again has 14 days to be contacted.

The prize for each competition will be described as accurately as possible however with vehicles no warranty, roadworthiness or agreed value is offered. Competitions with new items such as watches or technology items will come with corresponding manufacturer’s warranty/s.

Winning entrants will be require to provide proof of identity and entry to the corresponding competition when collecting prizes.

Motorspeed Competitions accept no liability for errors or omissions in description of any prize detail or description. Each Entrant and the final winners are responsible in satisfying themselves to listed details and prize as listed on our social medias feeds and website.

We shall not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained to person or property including, but not limited to, consequential loss by reason of any act or omission by Motorspeed Competitions , or it’s employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply of any prizes by any person to the winner(s) and, if applicable, to any family/persons connected to the winner(s), or in connection with any of our Competitions.
